ESFM, the facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Chief Engineer - Liquid Cooling to lead on-site engineering for mission-critical environments. You will own the delivery of IFM hard services, manage a team of engineers, and oversee liquid cooling systems including CDUs, pumps, heat exchangers, and controls to maximize uptime.
The role requires 7–10+ years in facility engineering, EPA 608 certification, and proven leadership in data centers or high-reliability settings.

The Chief Building Engineer serves as the on-site engineering leader with full accountability for the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, including hard services, critical infrastructure, and advanced liquid cooling systems supporting high-density compute environments. This role provides technical leadership, team management, and operational oversight to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance.
