Hilton Albuquerque is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to keep guest rooms and public spaces in top condition and ensure the property operates smoothly at all times.

You will lead the engineering team, schedule shifts, and drive safety programs while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the property to brand standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC, pool, or electrical preferred.
• Boilers/chillers license as required by local laws.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain guest rooms and public spaces to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team.
• Perform fire safety inspections and drills to ensure safety.
• Respond to maintenance requests to support guest satisfaction.
• Patrol grounds, manage Lost and Found, and keep areas clean.
• Access restricted areas and represent the hotel responsibly.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years

Supervisory experience required

Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical)

Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws

Valid driver's license

Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Calm under pressure
