Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Chief Engineer for Electric Power Products in Torrance, CA. This role leads technical strategy, product lifecycle execution, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supplier, and regulatory teams.

The Chief Engineer will drive design reviews, support NPI programs, and oversee performance with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency of Electric Power products in both military and commercial contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10 years experience in design and support of power electronics and related controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the full product lifecycle and design reviews.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
• Lead initiatives for rapid improvements and cost reduction across Electric Power products.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the Electric Power team.
