This role supervises operations and maintenance for 20 facilities within the State Capitol Complex, managing unionized engineers and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and construction activities. The supervisor collaborates with Building Managers and other supervisors to ensure efficient facility operations, demonstrates strong supervisory skills, and fosters teamwork.
Must be able to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions. Successful applicants must pass background checks.
