Job summary

Trademark is seeking a Chief Engineer to own all physical aspects of our properties, ensuring aesthetics and operations meet first-class standards. You will lead the commercial maintenance team, supervise building systems, and maintain a safe, vibrant environment for tenants and visitors.

You will manage vendor contracts, schedule OSHA safety training, track budgets, and provide detailed progress reports to management while coordinating tenant buildouts and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance operations for commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Proven vendor management and contract coordination skills.
