Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety and maintenance operations across the plant. You will train staff, manage repairs procurement, and coordinate with vendors to keep plant equipment compliant and reliable.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering or military experience, strong communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities. This on-site Buckeye, AZ position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or military experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• Must be capable of reading electrical schematics, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Proficient in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good working knowledge of plant maintenance including Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, and more.
