San Diego Mission Bay Resort in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the 18-acre property's engineering team, work closely with the Director of Engineering, and elevate maintenance standards across our 357-room resort. San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Chief Engineer to our Mission Bay Family.

The Job

As Chief Engineer, you will work closely with our Director of Engineering to drive positive change, elevate standards, and make a meaningful impact across our 18-acre resort. You will lead a skilled engineering team while playing an active, hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing the property. This role is bonus eligible, with a potential annual incentive payout of 0%-33% of base compensation, subject to plan terms and performance criteria. This position is: $90,000-$95,000 annually.
