Job summary

HVMG is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering operations across our property. You will manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure safety and brand standards are met to deliver a guest-ready environment.

You will report to the General Manager and have opportunities for advancement within the hospitality industry as you enhance operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in this exact position.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

You’ll manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining a well‑functioning, guest‑ready environment.
