Job summary

RH is seeking a Guesthouse Engineer to oversee physical building and IT operations at RH Guesthouse in New York. The ideal candidate brings extensive hospitality operations experience and leadership to drive excellence in service, privacy, security, and safety.

The role requires hands-on management of facilities and IT systems, with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences in a luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, including 5+ years leading a building facilities team.
• Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• NYS Certified Pool Operator, FDNY Fire Life and Safety, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Expertise in hotel information technology.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights; travel occasionally.
• Multilingual candidates desired.

The Guesthouse Engineer is a visionary, responsible for physical building and IT operations at RH Guesthouse. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality professional with expertise spanning: building engineering, restaurant equipment, and information technology.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
