Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee building maintenance at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe. This role requires expertise in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with substantial experience in hotel maintenance and management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a hotel.
• 4+ years building maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel.
• CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance of the hotel, including interior and exterior aspects.
• Manage inventory, staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Respond on-call for emergencies.
