Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years progressive engineering experience.
• PE license preferred or can be earned within 6 months.
• Deep experience with electromechanical products and safety-critical components.
• Strong leadership in product validation and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief technical authority for elevator systems and brake safety components.
• Lead brake product development from concept to field follow-up.
• Define design standards, testing protocols, and reliability targets.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve complex technical challenges.
