The role requires deep experience in power systems, circuit design, and system integration, with proven leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and interact with clients and stakeholders on complex awards and deliveries.

Qualifications

20+ years of professional experience in electrical design, system integration and testing.
In-depth knowledge of electrical power systems, circuit design and signal systems.
Familiarity with NEC, NESC, IEEE and MIL-STD codes and standards.
Experience solving integration challenges for military/defense projects.
Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

System design and implementation of electrical components and systems.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Lead design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Develop testing plans and validate performance per design specs.
Create technical documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
