They're seeking a seasoned Chief Electrical Estimator to lead large-scale preconstruction efforts and deliver accurate, competitive estimates for multimillion-dollar electrical scopes.

• Lead the preparation of detailed electrical estimates for commercial, data center, and industrial construction projects.
• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to determine scope and budget.
• Accurately quantify labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to align estimates with execution plans.
• Review vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality.
• Participate in bid presentations and internal reviews with leadership.
• Use Accubid Anywhere to develop and manage estimates and proposals.
• 3+ years of experience in a Chief or Senior Estimator role within electrical construction.
• Deep knowledge of NEC codes, power distribution systems, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with Accubid Anywhere or equivalent estimating software.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical plans and schematics.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
