Job summary

The University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis seeks a full-time BC/BE Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to serve as Chief of the Division of Developmental Pediatrics in a non-tenure track with academic rank of Associate Professor or Professor.

The role combines clinical leadership, teaching, and scholarly activity across UT Health Sciences and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, with satellite sites in Jackson, TN and Tupelo, MS.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Board certification in Pediatrics required; Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics certification preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a State of Tennessee medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical and supervisory services at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital locations and UT Health Sciences settings.
• Lead and participate in education of medical students, pediatric residents, and fellows; contribute to interdisciplinary training programs.
• Engage in community outreach and advocacy efforts.
• Contribute to scholarly activity and research and participate in department/division teaching conferences.
