Job summary

The Director of Development for RiverStone Health Foundation establishes fundraising activities in alignment with RiverStone Health’s strategic plan and oversees daily operations, reporting to the President & CEO and coordinating with the Foundation Board. Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in nonprofit leadership and/or philanthropic organizations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • CFRE certification or AHP membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising and steward relationships with philanthropic supporters to support RiverStone Health's mission.
  • Collaborate with the Foundation Board and CEO to drive vision, planning, budgeting, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversee all Foundation operations ensuring compliance with nonprofit laws and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor donor information and present narrative reports to organizational leaders as requested.
  • Support Foundation Board members and working committees; ensure program effectiveness and timely communications.
  • Represent the Foundation to media, donors, and community partners and coordinate fundraising events.
