Groundswell Fund is seeking a Chief Development Officer to join the executive team and lead fundraising strategy to fuel growth for the organization’s c3 and c4 entities.

The CDO will lead Groundswell's Funder Organizing team and work closely with leadership and external-facing staff to raise an annual budget of approximately $30M. They will manage a 12-person team including a Director of Donor Organizing, Director of Funder Organizing, and Communications Director.

• Experience leading development and donor relations at a senior level.
