The CDO will report to the CEO, work with the Board, and foster a diverse, equity‑minded fundraising culture aligned with the Clubhouse model and member leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraising leadership with seven-figure gifts from institutional and individual donors.
• Ability to build sustainable development strategies and teams.
• Strong understanding of donor engagement and philanthropy operations.
