Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of fund development and communications leadership.
• Grant management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proficient in donor software (e.g., DonorPerfect) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the overall development strategy, including Events, Annual Fund, Major Gifts, Capital Campaign, and Legacy/Endowment Gifts.
• Coordinate ongoing annual giving initiatives to meet financial goals.
• Manage donor cultivation, solicitation, and recognition, including prospect lists and monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with Grants Manager, CFO, and Executive Director for grant oversight and compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, coordinating visits, meetings, and events.
• Develop and implement digital fundraising campaigns and legacy giving programs.
• Expand and diversify revenue sources per the strategic plan.
