  • Build and develop a high‑performing development team
  • Partner with the CEO and Board to cultivate a strong culture of philanthropy
  • Shape Achieve’s philanthropic messaging and case for support
Ideal Candidate

Founded in 1957, we’ve weathered decades of change as a provider of services for children and adults with disabilities. As the funding and policy landscapes continue to shift, we are transforming to meet the challenge—and that’s the exciting part. With a strategic plan in the works, a growing team, and deep community roots, this is the right moment to join and make your mark. Achieve has offices in Little Rock, Jonesboro, Harrison, and Clarksville. Therefore, a hybrid work schedule is possible, with frequent statewide travel expected. Preference will be given to candidates residing in central, northwest, or northeast Arkansas. Competitive salary, full benefits, and a generous leave policy.
