The Staenberg–Loup Jewish Community Center (JCC Denver) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve, strengthen, and inspire the community guided by timeless Jewish values.
For over 100 years, the JCC Denver has served the Greater Denver metro area through educational, social, and cultural programs rooted in Jewish values. It creates a vibrant, inclusive social hub with programs focused on connection, community, and well-being, including aquatics, fitness, tennis, early learning, arts and culture, camps, and engagement activities for diverse groups.
The JCC seeks a strategic and skilled Chief Development Officer (CDO) to oversee annual philanthropic revenue of $3.5M+ and additional funds for capital and special projects. Reporting to the CEO, the CDO will lead the Development Department, ensuring fundraising strategies align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing donor relations, cultivating major gifts, overseeing fundraising activities, and implementing innovative practices.
