Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience in a nonprofit organization.
• Demonstrated success cultivating and expanding donor relationships and managing multiple donor sources.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship, and development operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database systems (Raiser's Edge or similar).
