Qualifications

• Track record of creating and executing development plans that yield significant revenue.
• Proven success closing large gifts and major donor engagements.
• Experience engaging ultra-high-net-worth individuals and complex philanthropic dynamics.
• Ability to lead executive-level fundraising strategy with discretion and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a donor portfolio with transformational gifts of $25K+ and revenue goals.
• Design end-to-end cultivation strategies and executive-ready materials.
• Partner with CEO to align fundraising with organizational vision and priorities.
• Drive donor engagement, board activation, and external communications.
• Maintain real-time tracking of donor activity and portfolio performance in Salesforce.
