The City of Cleveland is seeking a Chief Deputy Clerk to manage the Case Management System and maintain accurate court records. The role requires strong customer service and analytical skills, with responsibilities including data verification and document management. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the Case Management Services Clerk is to update the official electronic Court docket. They must perform daily responsibilities related to the Case Management System and docketing of all Court records and pleadings, including Magistrates decisions, Judgment entries, issuing Writs of Restitution, reissuing summons, copies of complaints, service requests, and activities recorded in Cleveland Municipal Court.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
