Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Seven years of practice with leadership experience preferred.
• Active Florida dental license and BLS certification.
• Experience with HRSA or similar regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead dental services with evidence-based guidelines and standards.
• Provide direct patient care and clinical consultations as needed.
• Oversee quality assurance, credentialing, privileging, and audits.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, budgeting, and workforce development.
