Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Chief Data Office in Columbus, OH. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Familiarity in coding in one or more languages (Preferably Python).
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languages.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., API, cloud, AI, ML).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver business-facing technology solutions by translating evolving business needs into technical approaches and deliverables.
• Assist in software solutions including design, development, testing, and troubleshooting with cross-functional synchronization.

As a Technical Business Analyst, within the Chief Data Office, you will be part of a business-embedded, hands-on engineering team, partnering closely with product, analytics, and operations stakeholders to deliver solutions that directly support CCB outcomes such as improved decisioning, BAU efficiency, and controls.
