Formación

• Ten years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, information management, statistics, project management, or stakeholder management.
• Experience leading and coordinating teams, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in data storytelling and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and programming languages (Python, R).
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and relational databases (SQL).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic guidance on databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise a team in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends from structured and unstructured data.
• Direct the full data lifecycle analysis from requirements to design and delivery.
• Translate organizational needs into strategic reporting documents and integrate analytics into decision making.
• Plan, direct, and manage the work program for data analysis with performance evaluations.
• Oversee development and implementation of data systems and analytics capabilities with quality controls.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize organizational and information needs.
