Qualifications

• Master's degree in science, engineering, mathematics or statistics.
• Minimum ten years in data science or related work.
• Minimum five years designing AI/ML solutions and building data architectures.
• Minimum five years working with large-scale or complex datasets.
• Active Secret Clearance; DoD research program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support AFRL/RA in collection, storage, and retrieval of research data.
• Develop data-driven solutions to enhance research and engineering outcomes.
• Design and implement digital engineering infrastructure with AI/ML and data science.
• Create AI agents for automating extraction of structured data from unstructured data.
• Enable data integration, analysis, storage and retrieval across platforms.
• Collaborate with AI leadership to develop data-driven decision support tools.
