Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred, including leadership of enterprise programs, initiatives, or teams is required.
• Experience developing enterprise wellness strategies with measurable outcomes and return on investment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, program design, project management, and execution skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision‑making skills, including experience with employee listening or sentiment analysis.
• Excellent facilitation, influence, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and cross‑functional business partners.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise culture transformation initiatives that strengthen employee experience, belonging, engagement, wellbeing, and organizational performance.
• Design and execute an enterprise wellness strategy with measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Create scalable programs that activate organizational Values and the Employee Value Proposition across the lifecycle.
• Partner with Benefits, HR, Employee Experience & Culture, and business leaders to integrate culture, belonging, and wellbeing into workforce practices.
• Lead employee listening and engagement strategies and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Direct large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with alignment and sustainable change.
• Establish metrics and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
• Influence senior leaders and clients through clear recommendations and executive communication.
• Manage external partners, program budgets, timelines, and resources for scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and apply innovative approaches, including AI-enabled capabilities, to strengthen outcomes.
