Job summary

Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL is seeking a qualified CRNA to provide anesthesia care and lead the anesthesia services. The role requires strong clinical skills, leadership capabilities, and adherence to safety standards.

The CRNA will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to patient safety and quality improvements within the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing and accredited school of anesthesia by the AANA.
• CRNA with Alabama license and Alabama Board of Nurse Examiners registration.
• Minimum 5 years as a nurse anesthetist with at least 2 years in anesthesia leadership.

Qualifications

Experience

5 years of experience as a nurse anesthetist with a minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in anesthesia services.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding sensitive issues. Must be proficient in the use of personal computer, email and Microsoft software. Must be able to set priorities, coordinate and organize multiple tasks and maintain control of workflow. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
