SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Creative Director, Attraction Design & Development in Orlando, FL to lead the creative vision for major capital projects across United Parks & Resorts. You will guide concept development and ensure execution aligns with brand and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, translate narrative placemaking into immersive environments, and maintain high standards of quality while inspiring teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in themed entertainment or attraction design.
• 3+ years leading a design team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
