• Prepare, review, or assist in proposed legislation, regulations, and rulings relating to TTB laws.
• Oversee litigation coordination with the Department of Justice on civil and criminal matters involving TTB.
• Manage and supervise all employees in TTB's Office of Chief Counsel.
