LaunchDarkly seeks a Head of Corporate Marketing to translate company strategy into a cohesive market narrative. You will own external communications across PR, analyst relations, social media, and executive communications, collaborating with product marketing and demand generation to ensure a unified story.

The role shapes market conversations, builds category leadership, and leads a three-person team focusing on influence, quality, and business impact.

Competenze

• Typically brings 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, product communications, corporate marketing, or related leadership roles within high-growth B2B software companies.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing communications organizations across multiple disciplines.
• Strong point of view on how modern B2B technology companies build market influence beyond traditional PR.
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and executive communication skills.
• (Preferred) Background in developer tools, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or enterprise software serving technical audiences.
• (Preferred) Experience supporting category creation, major market repositioning efforts, or new product category launches.
• (Preferred) Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing and executive leadership to shape corporate positioning and thought leadership.

• Partner with executive leadership to operationalize LaunchDarkly's corporate narrative.
• Increase share of voice and thought leadership across developer and engineering leader audiences, technology executives, analysts, and influencers.
• Ensure consistent messaging across communications, product launches, thought leadership, analyst engagements, and executive visibility.
• Build repeatable processes that align communications around a unified strategic story.
• Identify emerging market conversations and flag opportunities for engagement.
• Lead and develop a team spanning Public Relations, Analyst Relations, and Social Media.
• Manage thought‑leadership programs for the CEO, CTO, and other executives to position leaders as trusted authorities on software delivery, AI, and modern engineering.
• Identify speaking opportunities, contributed content, media engagements, and strategic platforms to reinforce market position.
• Support analyst relations with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, RedMonk, and others with consistent messaging.
• Define and track communications metrics and surface insights to inform strategy.
