Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) seeks a VP of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to serve as the Rapids’ lead advisor on compliance and regulatory matters, guiding executive leadership across sports and commercial functions. You will coordinate with MLS, US Soccer, FIFA, and KSE Legal to ensure lawful, risk-balanced operations while sustaining Rapids’ culture.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate transactional law or regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiating and drafting abilities with practical business orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance and regulatory advisor to executive leadership and department heads.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including licenses, independent contractor, consulting, and vendor agreements.
• Advise on MLS and FIFA Rules and Regulations, roster mechanisms, and league policies.
