We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead new business development and channel expansion initiatives, driving accelerated revenue growth . This high-impact role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy. Additionally, this role will manage and mentor a small team of Business Development Specialists, ensuring they achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.
What can you expect to do?
New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with retailers, technology partners, and enterprise clients to expand Badger Technologies' market presence.
Channel Expansion: Develop and grow new channel partnerships that drive increased adoption of our solutions.
Revenue Growth Acceleration: Build and execute strategies that drive rapid revenue expansion through direct sales, partnerships, and innovative market approaches.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Specialists, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.
Customer & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to position Badger Technologies as a market leader.
Executive-Level Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive long-term partnerships and enterprise deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
