Job summary

The Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs at A.T. Still University’s College of Dentistry serves as chief clinical officer, providing strategic and operational leadership for patient care and clinical education across all clinics and training programs.

This role ensures delivery of high-quality, ethical, compliant, and patient-centered care while guiding clinical operations, faculty development, infection control, and technology integration in alignment with CODA standards and university goals.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required.
• Active Arizona Dental License eligibility.
• More than 9 years of experience in academic clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of dental school clinics and clinical operations.
• Lead strategic planning for clinic expansion, technology integration, and patient access.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CODA standards, and infection control regulations.
• Promote patient-centered care, clinical teaching excellence, and interprofessional collaboration.
