Job summary

Dualitas Therapeutics in South San Francisco is seeking a Head of Clinical Operations & Development Operations to build the clinical and development execution engine as the company advances DTX-102 into the clinic.

This role combines Clinical Operations leadership with Development Operations, overseeing trial execution, program management, vendor governance, and cross-functional policy to enable rapid, high-quality execution in an early-stage biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in clinical operations/program management.
• Experience in head-of-function leadership roles.
• Experience managing First-in-Human through Phase 1b/2 trials.
• Proven CRO/vendor selection and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Select, contract, and manage CROs and vendors (CRAs, labs, imaging, IRT/RTSM).
• Develop and manage trial budgets, timelines, and risk plans.
• Oversee CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IRT and inspection-ready files.
• Partner with Medical Monitor/CMO on protocol and consent documents.
