Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology management and policy development is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and manage resources in a large complex medical center.

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare Technology Management program at CVAHCS.
• Develop and implement local policies and directives for HTM.
• Balance finances, space, equipment, supplies, and staffing; oversee performance and productivity.
• Draft and analyze data to improve workload and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including interdisciplinary teams.
