Qualifications

• Active as an ordained Episcopal priest or ordained deacon.
• Experience in Episcopal schools preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in a diverse school community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate a PK-12 chapel program with divisional chaplains.
• Plan and lead weekly Upper School chapel and school-wide worship events.
• Support chapel programs across all three divisions and collaborate with music.
• Coordinate with Equity & Inclusion and other stakeholders on school initiatives.
• Engage in pastoral care and spiritual leadership for students, families, and staff.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise the chaplaincy team and align with DEIA goals.
