Job Overview
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the Chief Technologist will lead and manage the Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologists and associated staff. This role ensures the team's competence in various electrophysiology procedures and equipment usage, provides technical assistance during procedures, and oversees daily operations related to sterile procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, billing, and equipment management. The Chief Technologist will ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with professional standards, regulatory guidelines, and department protocols, with a focus on patient safety.
