Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of senior-level operational leadership experience.
• Experience with facilities, construction, campus services, safety, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Strong communication, financial, analytical, and people leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with integrity and servant leadership.
• Ability to engage with students and school community.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Lead campus operations through performance measures, fiscal stewardship, and continuous improvement.
• Direct campus master planning, long-range facilities strategy, capital projects, renovations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, grounds, construction, food/clothing services, campus safety.
• Drive innovation, technology adoption, process improvement, and modernization.
• Lead multi-year capital planning and investment prioritization.
• Build and develop high-performing leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Strengthen resilience through crisis management and business continuity.
• Foster partnerships across school community and external stakeholders.
