Qualifications

• 3+ years in radio operations, traffic, production or related role.
• Hands-on automation experience and schedule building.
• Knowledge of FCC rules for non-commercial stations, EAS, and public file.
• Digital audio production and multi-track editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily broadcast operations across FM, HD, and streaming.
• Serve as chief operator for ENCO DAD clocks and schedules.
• Ensure FCC compliance, EAS testing, and regulatory logs.
• Manage program scheduling, underwriting credits and station messaging.
• Produce station imaging, spots, and fundraising elements.
• Provide technical instruction and support to staff and volunteers.
