Qualifications

10 years of experience in a senior TV management or similar role.
Strong leadership of broadcast operations within sales-driven environments.
Extensive experience creating locally originated content for multiple platforms.
Proven track record managing high-performing sales and news teams.
Clean driving record and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead as Vice President and General Manager across the DMA across Ottumwa-Kirksville and Quincy-Hannibal-Keokuk DMAs.
Assist Director of Sales in managing the Sales Department and revenue generation.
Oversee financial performance and operations with focus on efficiency.
Achieve budgeted financial goals and grow revenue share and programming performance.
Increase viewing audience by aligning with community interests.
Ensure license protection through FCC compliance.
Lead, develop, and motivate station personnel for high performance.
Promote collaboration across all station departments.
Provide visionary leadership for future of media and news operations.
Support newsroom leadership to strengthen storytelling and community connection.
