Job summary

Parse Biosciences, a QIAGEN company, seeks a Head of Operations to lead the Seattle manufacturing HQ. You will guide Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS to ensure reliable product supply, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to NA Operations leadership and shapes long-term growth.

You will drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, scale operations for growth, and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement at the Seattle site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree and leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and productivity improvements.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, validation, and quality systems.
• Ability to lead through complexity and coach senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Seattle site including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, EHS, and Operational Excellence.
• Drive production performance to meet customer demand and business objectives while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and continuous improvement programs at the site.
• Own site budgets, capital plans, and financial performance with a focus on cost and service levels.
• Develop and coach the site leadership team and foster a compliant, high-accountability culture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Industrial Management, or related field
