Job summary

4DMT is an innovative biotechnology company advancing therapies for retinal diseases and CF-related targets. We seek an senior leader in statistics to drive global development strategy, data generation, and statistical reporting across programs.

You will partner with clinical, regulatory, and strategy teams to enable robust drug development plans, while guiding CROs and internal staff to deliver high-quality study deliverables.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics/biostatistics or related field required.
• 14+ years in pharma with PhD, or 15+ years with MS.
• 10+ years of management leading senior technical staff.
• Hands-on with CDISC standards and SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Strong SAS programming knowledge and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for strategy in the global development program.
• Lead collaborations with clinical, regulatory and other strategic functions to drive quantitative decision making.
• Oversee development and review of policies, SOPs and controlled documents.
• Guide data generation strategy for podium presentations and payor discussions.
• Shape team development, succession planning, and departmental strategy.
