Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group in Las Vegas seeks a Head of Audio to lead our Audio team on the 'O' production. You will partner with the Technical Director and Audio Manager to guide operations, maintain equipment, and ensure peak show performance.

The role requires strong leadership under pressure, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise with audio, RF, video, and safety compliance. You will also oversee scheduling, HR tasks, and budget planning for the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of live audio experience.
• Strong leadership and communication under pressure.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of wireless mics, RF, and audio gear repair is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects and maintain audio equipment and systems.
• Oversee crew scheduling and department task lists.
• Manage HR tasks including payroll, onboarding, and discipline.
• Assist with yearly budget planning for Show and Technical Services.
• Operate front of house mixer and troubleshoot audio, RF, video, and comms during performances.
