Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset or property management.
• Proven track record managing multi-asset portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of commercial lease structures (NNN, gross, base year, percentage rent).
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience overseeing capital projects, renovations, and redevelopment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for a diverse real estate portfolio including office, retail, and mixed-use properties.
• Develop and execute asset management plans aligned with ownership objectives and market trends.
• Drive NOI growth through occupancy optimization, revenue enhancement, and expense control.
• Lead major redevelopment initiatives, including office-to-residential conversions.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and tenant improvements.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and restructurings with brokers and legal counsel.
• Cultivate tenant relationships and manage escalated issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
