Qualifications

• 10+ years designing Free Space Optical (FSO) or OCTs.
• Advanced degree or equivalent in optical fields.
• Experience with optical modeling and wavefront analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of OCTs for space applications.
• Define requirements for space environments and validate them.
• Collaborate across RF, software, FPGA, and quality teams.
• Perform analytical and bench-top testing of optical terminals.
• Drive system performance improvements and issue root-cause analyses.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams.
