dentsuaegis seeks a Senior Vice President of Client Solutions & Planning for the Pharma sector in the US. You will architect strategic, integrated media solutions and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable business growth for one of dentsu's largest client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale regional or global client relationships and strategic media planning.
• 10+ years experience working with pharmaceutical brands.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media channels across national and local markets.
• Data-driven approach using data, technology, identity, and advanced measurement for integrated plans.
• Ability to guide and teach others to think strategically and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to senior client leadership for one of dentsu's largest accounts.
• Build and drive integrated solutions across dentsu capabilities to maximize client impact and agency growth.
• Frame client challenges into strategic media direction to create competitive advantages.
• Create and maintain a high-performing team focused on accountability, client centricity, and excellence.
• Lead P&L, contract development, negotiations, and staffing plans with commercial focus.
• Provide operational excellence across people, process, and technology, including AI.
• Communicate persuasively, represent the client's point of view, and inspire executive-level storytelling.
• Mentor and develop Director to VP-level team members with career growth in mind.
• Ensure alignment with dentsu principles and translate executive vision to day-to-day operations.
