You will unite sales, preconstruction, project delivery, fabrication, QA/QC, and safety into a single high-performing engine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or industrial construction.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar construction portfolios and P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to grow profitability while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating; review major bids before submission.
• Own the division P&L and achieve annual sales goals.
• Drive healthy backlog growth and profitability.
• Lead PMs, estimators, superintendents, QA/QC, and support staff.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Partner with HR on coaching and succession planning.
