Job summary

Signet Jewelers seeks a VP, Chief Architect to serve as the principal architectural authority across our unified Digital & Technology organization. This senior IC role reports to the CDTO and coordinates cross-brand platform harmonization for Kay, Zales, Jared, Blue Nile, James Allen, and more.

The Chief Architect is the CDTO's trusted technical partner, owning strategic architecture decisions, ensuring foundational reliability, and guiding AI-native engineering practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience in large-scale retail/e‑commerce.
• Experience as Chief/Principal Architect, VP of Engineering, or CTO.
• Cross-portfolio ownership of architecture across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-enterprise architectural view and multi-year target-state architecture.
• Lead harmonization of multi-brand technology estate and integration of acquisitions.
• Guide architecture governance, ADRs and decision gates with the CDTO.
